Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Terms of Service. This page reproduces the relevant section word for word and explains where to cancel on each platform, so the policy is easy to find from pricing, checkout, and the mobile apps. If anything on this page differs from the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service controls.
From the Terms of Service, Section 12 β Cancellation:
"You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us using the contact information provided below. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Subscription purchases are non-refundable, have no monetary value (for example, they are not a cash account or equivalent), and are purchases of only a non-exclusive, revocable, non-assignable and non-transferable right to use the subscription.
You may not transfer, sell, purchase, barter, or trade your subscriptions or attempt or offer to do so. Any attempted transfer will be null and void. Except as required by applicable law, we are not responsible for any refunds or credits in connection with any modified, suspended or terminated subscriptions."
Where to cancel: sign in and open Dashboard β Settings, or contact us. Canceling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Subscriptions purchased inside our mobile apps are billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by us. Refund requests for those purchases are decided and processed by Apple or Google under their own store policies β we cannot issue an App Store or Google Play refund ourselves.
Canceling a mobile subscription also takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you have a question about a charge, contact us β include the email address on your account and, for store purchases, whether it was made through the App Store or Google Play.
